Rotation Systems Inc. coordinates pre-engineering studies, basic design, troubleshooting, analysis ,inspections and audits.

Pre-Engineering Studies

We conduct site investigations to define the scope of the project and to develop technical solutions, cost estimates and milestone schedules.

Basic Design

We perform basic design to establish the fundamental framework of the project including site layout, process flow diagram, electrical, piping, instrumentation diagrams, equipment list, equipment specification, and design basis.

Manufacturer & Subcontractor Selection

Upon finalizing technical requirements, we select appropriate technologies and vendors; as well as establish delivery pricing, and other terms.

We establish long-term operational criteria for production planning, asset evaluations, and annual profit / loss management.

Rotation specializes in turnkey outage maintenance and repair. Utilizing the latest technologies and innovation in field machining combined with skilled welding craftsmen; we provide a single source for weld repairs to utilities or maintenance contractors.

We monitor and report on the performance of engineers, suppliers, construction contractors, milestones, budget, construction quality, and other specific performance parameters throughout the project.
